Residents’ Desire To End Groundwater Problem Is Generally Difficult
Lysimeters, piezometers and tensionmeters are the issues that Washington Terrace residents ever talk about. The installation of subdividers in future land developments was suggested by the mayor in order to help eliminate the problem due to the underground drain’s ability to handle both surface and subsurface water.
