Followers Of Fashion Are Not Always Cool!
My friend has started wearing hair curlers to college everyday because she saw her favourite film star rocking the look on TV recently. I am not against curly hairstyles at all and there is nothing wrong with taking a bit of influence from celebrity style. Simply flicking through the pages of a celebrity gossip website and then completely duplicating Victoria Beckham’s latest look is not awesome though!
The realm of fashion is often about making a statement and wearing exactly the same garments as your peers doesn’t make any statement other than “I am a sheep!”! If you want to prevent being called a fashion victim then is is incredibly vital that you face the fear and begin to experiment with different colours, textures and materials. Experiment with accessories. This is because they can easily be removed from your overall look should you decide you feel uncomfortable with them on your person shortly after you have left the house for a day at the shops.
I get really bothered when I see a group of girls out together on a drunken night out and they are look like Pussycat Doll replicas! Trying to exactly mirror Cole does look a bit desperate and will also give them impression that you can’t think for yourself in the fashion stakes. You could try incorporating several colours that you would usually avoid if changing you entire style immediately is a little daunting.
You can know how to get curly hair and keep a hold on individuality! Be an individual, don’t worry about adhering to trends! Experimentation is the spice of life and you should remember that a smile is the best accessory of all!
