Be Sure To Have The Shoes You Need
If you’re in any way like me, you detest being caught off guard under any circumstances, which requires always having the right outfit at the ready, especially when it has to do with shoes. It’s not difficult to have a well-rounded shoe collection so that no matter the occasion, you have the perfect pair. Here are eight styles of shoe you ought to always keep on hand. And be sure to remember, versatility is the key!
The Traditional Black Pump
You won’t get it wrong with a pair of mid-heel (2-4 inch) closed-toe black pumps you can dress with down or up. Whether for work or play, they will be there for you.
Pumps in a Basic Brown
Remember that tan is a shade of brown, and as a neutral color, brown is just as malleable as black. A mid-heel, closed-toe shoe will be a great friend.
The Black Heel With an Open Toe
A pair of pumps for evening, with open or peep-toe and some bling are good for a night downtown, with jeans, on a date or to a dinner party.
Heels With Some Color
Often you need to give your look a boost and have a bit of fun. A bright, colorful pair of heels, whatever height and either open or closed-toe, are a necessary accessory and speak for themselves.
A Versatile Flat
A pair of cute flats, in any style, color or with any type of decoration you are in the mood for, is a great choice for a dress-down day at work or for dashing out on an errand.
Throw in a Tennis Shoe
Even if you’re not going to exercise, run or play tennis, having a pair of sneakers may be useful when you have to go casual.
Flip-Flops
On a hot summer’s day, when you throw on shorts and are in a relaxed mood, a pair of colorful thong-sandals is just right.
Back to Black
The last year or two, booties have come back in style with a vengeance, and it’s no wonder why. There are countless numbers of cute styles that come just to your ankle and are good with skirts, pants, or dresses.
Now get busy stocking that closet!
